Learn squats, lunges, presses, flyes, biceps curls, crunches and more in this one hour beginner level strength training workout. These body sculpting exercises aim to strengthen and tone the body rather than build muscular size or bulk. Each exercise is fully explained and demonstrated. Requires a set of three or five pound dumbbell weights, an exercise mat, and a stretch band or towel. Suggested for all fitness levels. Some floor work is required.
